Can I use AC Logics without an internet connection?

Partially. While an active connection is required to consult the AI, you can access recent history, saved records, and solutions offline as long as the page is not refreshed. We are continuously expanding offline capabilities to reduce dependency on connectivity.

What units does it support?

It supports AC, Furnace, Heat Pump, and more.

Does it support both residential and commercial systems?

Our AI is trained on extensive data from both residential and commercial systems. However, as our key validation partners specialize in residential units, our current real-world optimization is most advanced in that sector. We are actively collecting commercial feedback to rapidly bring our commercial capabilities to the same level of precision.

Do technicians need special training to use ACLogics?

No. The workflow is designed to be intuitive. If you can describe a symptom, you can follow the guide.
